Oman is a stunning country with mountains, deserts and coastline within easy reach of its capital, Muscat. The country combines luxury coastal resorts with large areas of unspoiled beachfront.

Away from the coast Oman is relatively untouched by tourism and offers a glimpse at the traditional country life. Politically Oman is very stable. Sultan Qaboos, the long standing leader, transformed the country by instigating the use of oil revenues to develop the country’s infrastructure. Omanis, proud of their traditions and tribal pasts, are both warm and friendly.
